How fast do you process orders?
Our service time is a high priority for us. Typically, in stock items for domestic orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. Our business days are Monday thru Friday except on national holidays.
For international orders our processing time may be slightly longer due to the extra time it takes to obtain competitive shipping quotes and communicate your delivery options. We always attempt to find the best rates for our international customers. More often than not, delivery via the USPS is the least expensive option. Please note that we only charge our actual shipping costs and DO NOT add any handling charges when shipping to our customers.
What are the shipping rates for the continental U.S?
Flat rate shipping applies to ground shipments only within the Continental U.S. The shipping charge is based on the dollar value of your order after discounts. For flat rate shipping we will choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped.

Yes, free ground shipping applies to all orders with a subtotal over $99.99 (after coupons and discounts) within the Continental U.S. only. For free rate shipping we will choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped.
Do you offer combined shipping between your sites?
Yes! For customers who order from both www.MakeYourOwnBirdToys.com and www.SuperBirdToyStore.com , we can
ship your orders together. Please cross reference your orders in the comments
section so we know which orders to match up. Please note that orders which are
submitted on different business days might not be able to ship together.
To qualify for Free Shipping, at least one of your orders must be over $99.99. We do not give free shipping if neither order meets the minimum (i.e. a $65 order on one site plus a $35 order on the other will not get free shipping). We adjust the shipping rates after we receive your orders, and if a refund is warranted, the extra is credited back to you.
Yes, arrangements for expedited shipping can be made at an additional charge. Charges will be calculated by the carrier based on a combination of factors including package size, weight and shipping location. If you require expedited shipping service please place this request in the order comment section and email or call our office to confirm your request.
For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories we will provide the shipment options for either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Charges will be calculated by the carrier based on a combination of factors including package size, weight and shipping location. Once your order is packed we will determine the carrier rates and contact you for approval.
Additional shipping charges will apply to our base rates as displayed in our cart. We will obtain a shipping quote and contact you via email for your approval. For more information on international ordering please follow the link in our footer.
Delivery times can vary depending on the chosen carrier. Typically, orders under two pounds ship via USPS and heavier orders ship via Fed Ex Ground. For free or flat rate shipping we will choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped.
USPS and FedEx ground deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

What if there are issues with my order?
When you receive your order, please check it for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, let us know as soon as possible. We want your experience to be a positive one.
If there is a delay in receiving your order, or your order has not been delivered in a timely manner, please contact us within three weeks of our ship date. This allows us to work with the carrier as efficiently as possible to locate your order.
