A: Hello Tracy. Thanks for your question. It's a common one, so hopefully this makes it easier.

1. Open your account, scroll to “My Rewards,” and click the redeem button.
2. Click the gift certificate that you want to create with your points, then click redeem.
3. Verify the information and click “proceed to checkout”
4. Click “select payment method” and then click “no payment necessary.”
5. Click “check out.”
These steps create a gift certificate code that you can apply to future orders. The code will be sent to the email on your account.

Please note - it can take a full business day to receive the email with the gift certificate code. Our business week is Monday – Friday, with major holidays off.

To use your gift certificate code on an order, look for the “apply coupon” link during check-out. Click that link and you’ll be prompted to enter the code. Any unused balance on a gift certificate will be saved and you can you the use same code to apply the balance to any future order. Reward points and gift certificates never expire. They can be viewed on the “My Rewards” section of your account.
