Q: can I order specific letters? and if so I'd like to order the letters to spell "Princess" and "love". thanks

I'm sorry, but we cannot fulfill requests for certain letters. Unfortunately we have no control over what letters we receive in, and we don't even get every letter of the alphabet. Thank you for your inquiry.

Q: If I order 10 large blocks can I get the numbers 1-10 on them? I'd like to teach my African Gray parrot counting numbers. She is working on and doing well counting 3 kisses. I'd like to add the visual number when we count kisses.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry, but we cannot fulfill requests for certain numbers or letters. Unfortunately we have no control over what letters we receive in, and we don't even get every number or letter of the alphabet.

A: Unfortunately, we do not carry the entire alphabet so we wouldn't be able to give you specific letters.

A: All of our wood products are bird-safe. They are pine, alder, spruce, or maple based, and are treated and dyed with non-toxic products.

Q: What is used to paint the blocks?

A: The blocks are painted with child-safe paint. We also tested the source to verify they are lead free.

Q: Hello! I was considering making some toys, and saw you h ave some pine wood dyed with what appears to be safe food coloring, but these wooden blocks have more sheen/ shiny paint on them. Can you tell me what kind of paint was used to paint these? If it's acrylic? hopefully not cadmium? I'm not sure what kind of safe paint there is for birds if this is shiny paint. Just wondering before I make toys possibly with these blocks. Thank you.
